GLAM DECK – Return & Refund Policy

At Glam Deck, we strive to deliver high-quality jewellery and a seamless shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

  1. Return Eligibility
  • Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • All tags, boxes, and invoices must be intact
  • Return is only applicable if:
    • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
  1. Non-Returnable Items
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Sale/discounted items
  • Used or damaged products

⚠️ Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items like earrings may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

  1. Return Process
  • Email or DM us at: [your email / Instagram]
  • Share:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Unboxing video/photos (mandatory for damage claims)

Once approved, we’ll guide you with return pickup or shipping details.

  1. Refund Policy
  • Refund will be processed after quality check
  • Amount will be credited within 5–7 working days
  • Refund mode: Original payment method
